At Divinecare, you have a 30-day right of return . You are responsible for the shipping costs yourself. Before the return takes place, it is important that the product is not used.
Once the return has been received, Divinecare must approve it, in case of an invalid return we will contact you.
When returning, you bear the risk and that is why it is important that the item is returned in an undamaged form. Package your return securely and send your package traceable.
Reimbursement of received and approved returns takes place within 30 days.
According to Swedish law, you as a consumer have the opportunity to complain about a product for up to 3 years after the purchase, however within a reasonable time from the discovery of a fault. The right to complain applies to errors that can be derived from the production of the product and thus does not apply to normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
